  Purchased a battery for my security system on-line. I got a message that I would receive an email telling me it was ready for pick-up at the Elk River store. I had to leave before I got the email, but when I arrived at the store, a nice helpful fellow at the counter took care of me immediately. I would definitely purchase from them again. I received a 10% discount on-line.

  These guys are rock stars. They had fixed my iPhone screen previously. My screen became non responsive after a couple months. I was told by Verizon and others that it had ‘touch disease’. I took it into the Verizon store and they made it sound like it couldn’t be fixed but ‘good news’...they would still give me $74 for it. I declined and brought it into b&b in Elk River by Wal Mart. They fixed it at no charge due to the warranty. They even put a new protective cover on it at no charge. They fixed a phone I told was unfixable and acted like it was no big deal. Like I said...rockstars.
