We found out two days before Christmas that the item wasn't going to make it on time. We talked to Danny the store manager and he made it right and then some. This kind of customer service is what will allow companies like Office Max to compete with Amazon, Ebay, Etc. From this experience I will definitely opt to spend a few more dollars at Office Max when compared buying online.
