  Was a horrible experience!! Switched to At&T at this location. It was a nightmare! When they ported my stuff, lost almost all my stuff. Went back and there was nothing they would do..horrible customer service!! Please people, go to corporate locations, not an authorized retailer, which is what this location is. I sure regret going here and wish I would have read the reviews and researched it more. We have had At&T in the past and really liked them and still do. This location in Elk River lacks good customer service, it is awful... Very unprofessional and misleading...

  Went in to pay the bill. Was greeted by Adam the Store Manager. He was friendly, helpful and had some great options for me. Said to let people know to come in. Good staff and recommend this location over Rogers always.
